Chemist Warehouse Burns Bay Road Lane Cove

If i could fill lower than 1 i would. Pharmacist here appears to self medicate as he is very dosey though can become bi polar if you ask why to anything. Australia is multicultural and as such should have all different races working as pharmacists. However rather than just being good at science related subjects an emphasis on English when employing new pharmacists to Lane Cove store should be top of questions list.

Less people than chatswood; helpful staff

If you want good customer service. Don't expect to get it from the tall, Asian pharmacist in Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove who served me on 18 August 2017 around 8.30pm/9pm. He may have been tired but it will never do as an excuse. Abrupt and arrogant. There are plenty of Chemist Warehouse around. I will try my best to not ho here again. What a moron!

I'm not sure if it's just the luck of the draw, or sheer bad luck, but I have not once had a positive experience here.

In my most recent visit, I requested a refill on my prescription, as well as some Diabetes-related supplies which can only be obtained from behind the pharmaceutical counter.

I returned 10 minutes later after visiting the supermarket, and waited for approximately 15 to 20 minutes before I was asked by a staff member if I needed assistance. After the staff member looked behind the counter to see if my medication was dispensed, he then returned to tell me that my prescription could not be filled, as there was no stock available. Fair enough- these things happen, but why did I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to be told this?

I feel like a big part of the problem is that there is a breakdown in communication from staff to customers. Furthermore, and this could again be sheer luck of the draw or just my bad luck, but every time I'm there, the staff seem more interested in casually chatting amongst themselves, rather than assisting customers, and you know, actually doing their job.

As a business, you're only as strong as your weakest link, and it's fair to say there's definitely a few weak links in this chain.

25 minutes to fill a script is ridiculous. You should tell customers if the wait is going to be this long

It's ok i guess, bigger space than the one near Birdwood Ln (which now is closed).
Too bad, some of the staff have lack knowledge of where things are (probably due to new to the place)

Affordable, will match cheaper competitors including suppliers, don't accept Amex

Massive range of product. Large store, good prices. Has everything.

Has great opening hours and very friendly and helpful consultants. Park in Coles as parking at rear of Chemist Warehouse is hard to find and slightly inconvenient if you want to go into Lane Cove Plaza / the shops.

By far the cheapest and most well-stocked chemist.

Great store. Large with good layout. Open convenient hours and parking at the rear. Good customer service too.
