Good options but lack of space makes it a bit difficult. The security person kept bumping on to me multiple times and didn't even have the basic courtesy. Also, parking is a problem - you need to either park in Westfield or an adjacent street

Poor bad customer service, I just want to exchange the hair dyes for my mum, because I got the wrong colour , but the staff so rude and yelled at me , incredible! You need train your staff and improve the customer service! Don't go there again!

I would give negative rating if that was possible only because of their rude and unprofessional customer service staffs. They don't even know how to operate cashier machine when returning stuffs. They put promotion which says, 'Buy 2 get 1 free'. So we bought some items from promotion but they only gave us free the lowest prices items. So we ended up paying more. They said it's system which decided which one to give free.What a joke !!!

Security guard chased me over 100m from store. I explained I stole nothing. Although he said "I know" he insisted on taking me back to the store. I was mortified and as I suffer anxiety and panic attacks it was quite triggering also. I understand that theives do exist and he may have been "Just doing his job" but when he knew I had not stolen anything why did he follow me down Burwood road? I left in tears.

I love chemist warehouse and this spot has a great range as always. Only downside is that it's packed more often than not and you'll struggle getting around in here with a pram or trolley.

That security guy checking bags is so annoying, want to check every pocket in the bag and talk to you like a police officer, seriously! Im a customer who is giving you money so show respect and why using security guy in the first place? ! Use camera or something, just an old fashioned!

Prescription dispensing is excellent. Staff are well trained, efficient and keep you informed. You just have squeeze through the cramped aisles to get to them.

Amex not accepted here. Quest terminals take Android pay over visa.

Convenient on main shopping strip. Very cramped and small selection compared to most other Chemist Warehouse stores.

Prices are relatively good. A bit cramped due to lack of space. Queues can get a bit long at times.

I'm here on Wednesday at 7:30 but they can't open the staff said they need to wait for the boss come otherwise they can't open so don't expect they will open at 7:30 on weekdays
