Chemist Warehouse Campsie - Beamish St

Come to this store if you want to get followed around by the security guard if you are a person of colour. Never buying from this store ever again. The chemist warehouse inside campsie centre has better customer service and security guards.

Refused to fill my prescription because it was Targin 60mg/30mg which I need to take in order to be able to work with less pain, disappointed, Discount Drugstore next door had no problem with filling the prescription and the pharmacist was in disbelief that I had been denied medication that I need.

I've been a regular customer for a few years, the pharmacists are mehh so-so, but i do want to say that HANZEL is a great pharmacist. He has good knowledge and is approachable and super friendly. I love dealing with him.
I have called him on many occasions to ask if i'm allowed to mix certain tablets and if it was safe (as i'm on quite a few tablets, and they are always getting adjusted or changed or i'm always mixing different ones to find what works for me) and he always helps me out without being annoyed at my calls :) Great guy. Deserves a review. Great one to deal with.

I would like to give a 0 star. Super rude manager and cashier. Cashier gave me wrong change and refused to gave me back the money.
Plus, they do not seal makeup items with tape like other chemist warehouse stores. Then I found out all the foundation(9) has been opened and used as testers by customers. That's disturbing . I told the manager these items have been used and she said she will remove them, but they were still on the shelf when I came back at night.

They really ought to have a loyalty program even if they save you money shopping here. I end up doing a shipping spree here. Absolutely love the variety that's available, not too crazy but considerate of purple worth special requirements i.e. diabetic, vegan or dairy intolerant etc.
Staff are okay, it's a mixture though the really knowledgeable ones area at the back counter.

They have the best range of products, friendliest Pharmacists who goes out of their way to help their customers, and the best price for much needed medications ever. It goes to Chemist warehouse in Newtown, Beamish St, Campsie and Campsie Centre. Great Place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
