Waited in line to be served by unfriendly staff only to be some one would serve me and still waiting 12mins later. I asked again for help only to be told yes some one will be with you and I waited a further 5mins only to see staff chatting with each other about their own little weekend social events. By this time I left the items behind never to return sgain

I would like to congratulate all the staff on their excellent customer service. Mel was so helpful. As soon as I entered the store she took me to the products I wanted and was so friendly and professional. She is a great asset to Chemist Warehouse. Thank you Mel.

Love the low prices BUT there is a man called Oliver who works there who is known to a number of medical clinics we know as being the rudest chemist team member in the area! I don't know why he has to be so rude, especially when he has been in the wrong on scripts not being delivered when they have been. He really lets the rest of the Chemist Warehouse team down.

Awful customer service. Ask her about supplements she said she doesnt know and i dont understand why cant i add items in at checkout.
