Very very slow service. Ridiculous.

Can't get scripts right make you wait ages then dont apologize gor their stuff up

Just got bad experience at this Chemist today Sunday, the lady who put up the stock on the shelf so rude and aggressive she told me "I do not have time for this" when she simply just do her duty unpack and fill the honey which I want to buy, and said "you can only get maximum 3" for Barnes Manuka honey, but I can't see any limit on the price, look like she does not want to work at all. I was always go here whenever I need something, so disappointed for Sunday shopping.

They're open till 10pm and stock almost every item you need, which is good. But what is wrong with the staff here? They get irritated whenever you ask for a product and the security guy behaves all suspicious around you like you committed a crime or something.

Seriously, this place could use some approachable staff. They're all constantly upset or pissed off.

So much money spent here.. so many hours. this place could use more friendly and experienced stuff.

Absolutely Wonderful. Went in to get my annual influenza shot. The gentlemen who administered me was fabulous and professional from the get go. Legit he/they should receive Employee of the Month as they approached me with utmost politeness from the moment I made my way to the designated area...(something rare when you have coloured skin). Really though- they should receive recognition.... (CW Fairfield if you're reading this - my appointment was on the 6/4/17 @ 6:30ish and whoever was on duty for the flu shot.. PLEASE give them praise.)
I had previous bad experiences at the Casula and Liverpool CW when it was time to get the shot as they would let "Walk-ins" through and not priorities those that had paid online. Also I must say the Fairfield store is SOOO much more spacious. I dont feel cramped and can actually shop rather than suck in my gut and dodge randoms.

Competitive prices, helpful staff, wish there were more chairs while waiting for scripts to be filled, saw some elderly customers standing around looking for a seat which can be hard as they a little slow with scripts when it is busy. Parking is horrendous with one entry that you have to be on the right road to enter and has limited spaces.

Prices are good. Parking is available but needs paving. Service is okay.
