Only chemist that seems to have stock of most things i need. I shopped around at about 4 different chemists for gamophen soap for my husband which seems to be the only thing he uses before i found this was the only chemist that had it in stock at the time. Friendly staff and great deals at the door.

I visited the store in concern of visiting the fragrance section, as I was searching for a gift. I was helped by an attentive young Italian boy names James whom helped navigate me through numerous options, gave his time, expertise and service. I am now a certified regular due to that service! So good looking also.

The staff is very very unfriendly. I was keen to buy myself new perfume's. I was helping my self and zeroed on two perfumes of which one's tester was over. I like the perfume but wasn't fully sure of the fragrance as the tester was empty. When I asked if they have another they rudely said they don't and the perfume manager (I didn't know they keep a position like that :) ) is away so they can't open a new one. I said I'm here to buy and willing to pay in advance but the staff was rude in their responses. Instead of giving me alternative options that you can come later or giving me a valid reason they just kept saying that the perfume manager is away. When I asked for the store manager they refereed me to the pharmacy manager. After repeating my story he said he can't open a new one as the tester is a specific stock which made sense. The same could have been explained by the staff to which he said they are new. This is a big fat lie as I have been visiting the place for over a year and the rude staff (an Indian girl) has been around for over 6 months. Really unhappy with the rudeness and the non-helpful attitude.

This place is the worst .... don't go here the accused me of stealing when I had nothing in my hands and I'm 14 why would I steal from A CHEMIST shop?!?!? Like wouldn't I rather go to ebgames or something if I was gonna steal . Thanks for ruining my day .👏👏👏

Left the script and said i will be back in half and hour. I came back after 50 minutes and it was not done . I questioned why my meds are not ready, they told me they had a rush.
I was very disappointed, I asked if I was before the rush they said yes and they kept on making a joke out of my situation this made me so upset. I approached the manager he said why are you yelling and said I'm not professional. Mr Manager, yes I was loud and your staff are the ones who are not professional. A bunch of unprofessional people who are not qualified to process and advice on prescription medication.

I came here to buy some perfume for a very affordable price and the service I received was excellent, thanks to Davinia - look her up as her nose and knowledge of fragrances, perfumes and colognes will surprise you with a pleasant manner.

Prices are cheap but the woman manager is very rude to both staff and customers. An item I had picked up was discounted but didn't scan in at that price. The staff member agreed that it was supposed to be discounted. The manager raised her voice so all could hear and said I took it off the wrong shelf to get a discount. I went and collected the advertised ticket to which her reply was "you can have it for that price this time". Even her timid staff member quietly apologised for her!!!
