Extremely disappointed with the service from the moment we walked threw the door. Had specifically booked a table as we had a group of us and asked for highchairs to not get the table or highchairs. Then waited over an hour and a half to receive our meals. Once we received the meals they were either cold or overcooked / burnt. And the one meal that wasn't over cooked was the steak that was meant to be cooked yet was bleeding on the plate. Not to mention the staff were rude when these problems were brought to there attention.
You now have a group of people that will not be returning to your establishment.
