Those guys broke a lot of things while doing my moving and manager just said sorry
What a funny service

Still waiting for a reply to an email two weeks ago...they lost a huge boardroom table (and a large benchtop). Yet didn't reply to the email. Staggering. Yes, they're expensive too.

We engaged China Bear to move into our house 35 years ago and yesterday we happily engaged them again to downsize from our 6 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom apartment. They had empathy with our move and the 4 removalist team were terrific. Firstly they were careful, particularly moving items down the staircase and into what we think is a narrow entrance to our new apartment, secondly they were considerate when we added a few items, we initially planned to leave behind and thirdly they were happy whilst working a very long day for all.

Used China Bear Removals on the weekend. The service was terrific. Great friendly guys who did the job quickly and carefully. Moved from a top floor unit to a house. The price was very reasonable and we had change from our quote. We would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again.
