Chiropractic is a hands on therapy which addresses pain and dysfunction of the spine. When the spinal cord and nerves are irritated by poor movement patterns of the spine it may cause pins and needles, pain, numbness and /or weakness radiating to the head, arms, legs and internal organs. Chiropractic gently and effectively corrects and balances the movement of each tiny joint within the spine to heal the body by removing irritations to the nervous system.

In combination with somatic psychotherapy, dietary and lifestyle advice I offer a holistic approach to the physical and emotional challenges of chronic and acute pain. Clients are supported through the necessary and varied changes from a pain focused life to one of health and wellbeing.
