Today is the 21st. Today is the 21st anniversary of the opening of Chiropractic Ierano in 1997. Blessings to all who have traversed this road with me.

CONSIDER: 1. this problem is real and emerging 2. it may be related to excessive blue light and lack of UV/sunlight 3. social media can be a great way to stay in touch but when it stimulates pleasure/addiction brain areas, beware. 4. limit SCREEN time strictly for kids especially... 5. shift the light the phones, tablets and PCs emit to the red, away from blue 6. read a book , go outside 7. watch less shows about cooking and singing - cook and sing instead

I thought that my problem was only with my lower back. But Joe discovered other problems and when I walked out I felt great. It lasted over night as I woke up the next morning with the pain in my left ankle reduced. Thanks Joe

While I was there I got him to check my 7 month Daughter and he was very gentle and professional he discovered she was fine. Once again thanks Joe
