Did you know... In order to successfully tone/slim down/gain muscle mass, you need more than exercise? Your diet is contributing 70% of your progress! Only 30% of the changes you see in your body come from exercise! You can't out-exercise a bad diet!

The deadlift is a great compound movement to target your quads, hamstrings, glutes and lower back! There have been studies conducted that show deadlifts can be beneficial for reducing lower back pain! π
