Do not order from them. I ordered Christmas lights to be sent to HK nearly 3 weeks ago. I sent an email after waiting 2 weeks with no update on the order. The Christmas warehouse gave me a tracking number and they advised that they can't track international orders from their end so I had to check with Australia Post myself. The tracking number was invalid and there was no record of the order at Australia Post. I called Christmas warehouse and they said I need to call Australia Post as there is nothing they can do from their end. I called Australia Post who then told me I had to ask The Christmas Warehouse to call Australia Post. I did that and the staff at the Christmas warehouse said they would do that and give an update. It's been 5 days and there's been no update. I called again yesterday asking for an update and a refund. They advised they will speak to the warehouse and call me back. No update so far. So far I have spoken and emailed Sarah, Alison and Amanda from the Christmas Warehouse. I'm quite sick of emailing and calling (all international calls too) asking for updates and not getting any answers.
