I love this place. I've been going to the Christopher Hannah at the Ivy for 2 years now and each time I get Balyage and a cut. Eveytime I've left feeling amazing.
I would not go to any other place for colour. They really are the best in Sydney.
Went in again for Balyage yesterday and it looks perfect to what I asked for.
Highly recommend.

Kamil is the best!

Great color service in a comfortable setting

I have been getting extensions done here for almost 3 years. Kamil at Ash St store does an excellent job. He is far and away the best stylist I have ever experienced. I would never go to anyone else. I cant comment on other staff but he is awesome and I have always been treated well. It does get very busy evenings and Saturday so I would suggest trying another time if you can

Horrible customer service!

Me and two girlfriends booked a package appointment 2 months in advance, then the day of we were cancelled on only 2 hours before he appointment. After cancelling on us in such short notice, they were an absolute horror to try to reschedule with. They did not even attempt to go even slightly out of their way to get us another appointment before christmas together, so we had to all end up going separately.

Even then, they booked me an appointment for a time when they weren't even open! And did they call to tell me this and reschedule? No. They called my friend and asked her to pass on the message even though they had my number.

When I finally got a successful appointment, their customer service was no better at the salon. I was left waiting 20 minutes after my scheduled time, and then when my hair was finally being treated, the treatment that was supposed to be left in for 10 minutes was left in for half an hour! After the treatment I was left sitting for an hour until a hairdresser finally came over to start my hair cut! While the hairdresser was lovely, there was nothing exceptional about her work, and the guy in charge, Steven, was horribly rude and condescending.

Definitely never going back, terrible customer service and not enough skill to even come close to making up for it.
