We are from the capital of the south of Brazil, Porto Alegre, and we are proud to provide the real traditional flavor with no modifications where the fresh cuts of meat are spiky in a bamboo stick and spit roasted over flaming charcoal with no sauces added to it so the meat flavors are preserved.
