This new and exciting Studio is owned and operated by Cindy
Lin. Cindy has over 20 years of experience working in the
beautician industry and specialises in: Eyebrow Tattoo; Eye Liner
Tattoo; Lip Liner Tattoo; Tattoo Removal; Facial Spot Removal;
Mole Removal; and providing general professional cosmetic and
skin care advice.
Education
She completed her degree at the School of Nursing in China and
later undertook further studies in general beauty at Guangzhou
Modern Beautician College including Chinese traditional beauty
treatments. Afterwards, she received a diploma as a cosmetic
tattoo artist in Jie Li International Cosmetology School, Hong
Kong.
After arriving in Australia, she completed a Beautician Course
at the Citizen Beautician Training Centre and also finished the
Beauty Therapy course at the Gre College for Scientific Beauty
Culture, one of Sydney’s renowned private training centres for
beauty professionals. On 2002, she was rewarded a nationally
recognized Certificate for Design and Perform Cosmetic
Tattooing / Micro- pigmentation Procedures by the Australian
Government.
She is committed to safety and professionalism and hence,
continues to update herself on new procedures available and
ensures her practices agree to local standards.
Experience
For ten years, Cindy worked in the ZHANG JANG hospital where
she used laser surgery to alter facial appearances. During this
time, she was an assistant to Dr. Liang Wen Bo, a well-respected
specialist in plastic surgery in China.

Since then, she has worked as a beautician and consultant for a
number of beauty clinics in Australia and Hong Kong and also
represents the Amazing Grace Beauty Group, a global franchise
business based in South Korea, as a principal permanent makeup
artist in Australia.
Her dedication to her work, experience and valuable advice has won
many praises from colleagues and clients.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, “Cindy's Cosmetic
Tattoo Studio” is no doubt another challenge for her but is an

人經過嚴格訓練和有多年的實務經驗。在長年全科美容工作中
她為客戶解決許多問題，在豐富工作經驗裡練就得高度專業成
果。她擅長於：眉，眼，唇紋繡；和清除痣，疣，老年斑、雀
斑。這個工作室就是為您帶來這些服務。
林上川一直都在保健美容方面發展，為提升自我，她不斷去求
學和實習自己專長的技藝。為謀求解除顧客心安的問題和滿足
各地美容不同的專業水準要求，她盡力為業務學習。就是這種
樂業敬業的精神贏取了同行人士的認同和不少顧客的支持。
在學歷上，她先在“中國護士學校”學習，後再攻讀美容全科，
包括中醫美容，畢業於「廣州時代美容學校」；再到「香港佳
麗美容学院」學藝，取得紋繡師資格。為要滿足當地認同的專
業水準，在澳洲工作時，她完成了「公民美容師訓練中心」的
課程；又在澳洲「科學美容文化學院」學習和取得設計與紋繡
證書。
在經驗方面，初出道時她曾在醫院激光整形美容科工作了十
年。在這段時間內她曾担任主理美容和整形手術名家梁文波醫
師的助手。近這十年來至現在，她在香港及澳大利亞兩地，担
任十多家美容院顧問。此外，她並且擔任韓國主辦的全球聯銷
公司＂ Amazing Grace Beauty Group ＂為澳洲地區主理紋繡
工作。因而她在激光，美容，整形方面累積了豐富學識與經驗。
特別專長於眉毛的：繡、紋，描，修、改，染，洗等工作。
身為一個具二十年的豐富工作經驗的資深專業紋繡兼激光美容
師，為了技藝得到精進，她創辦這間工作室，專注為顧客提供
眉毛紋繡等工作。讓有需要者從中受益，得到適當的專業服
務。
