Absolutely amazing service. Just purchased a second hand C4 and thought I would get them to have a look at it. He spent some time over the phone talking to me about it despite them being busy due to a recent recall. Had the wonderful owner Greg take me for a drive in it and give me some tips. On Top of that they spent 30 min diagnosing it and refused to take any money from me despite me insisting. I've owned Mercs and BMW and never have I seen service like this before. They have a customer for Life.

My wife and I have dealt with Greg and Bill Bunting for nearly 30 years and have bought 4 Citroens from them. Their service is exceptional and their cars beautiful. My latest purchase 10 years ago, a 2008 C4, has proved extremely reliable and other than the usual annual service the only problem being a rear tail light and an engine mount......in 10 years! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The whole experience of buying/ servicing a car from Continental is a 5*experience. My out of warranty C3 , which I purchased new from Continental developed a power steering fault. The vehicle was fixed at NIL COST. And a loan car was arranged as well. I have recently had another C3 serviced by them, a car purchased from a different dealer, and the cost was less than the price shown in the capped price list.

Poor rushed service. Told me they could supply a complementary car then didn't. Told me they could fix the rattles then didn't. Do yourself a favour and avoid Citroen Centre and avoid Citroen altogether.

I wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else. I've been dealing with Continental Cars for 10 years, and have purchased a number of new and second-hand cars from them. Their after sales support and technical knowledge is the best I've experienced at any car dealer. The team is professional and they're passionate ambassadors of the Citroen brand. I've stuck with them, and the Citroen brand, because of Continental Cars' high standard of customer service. You can buy a car anywhere, but it's the after sales care and support you receive after you've bought a car that determines whether you'll stay loyal to a brand or a dealer.
