With more than 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Stella Mahera is a driven professional who understands the importance of maintaining her client's most valuable asset.

Stella commenced her real estate career in 1999 in the South Sydney area where she has remained ever since. Prior to starting work in the industry, Stella completed a Bachelor degree specialising in Economics, Linguistics and English with a Diploma in Secondary Education at Macquarie University.

Stella was employed with City Alliance from 1999 to 2008 as a Property Manager. Stella has returned to City Alliance Property Management as a Director following 6 years working for other Commercial Real Estate firms then launching her own agency, which was passed on before launching a Property Management agency alongside City Alliance Property.

Stella’s has been setting the benchmark for impeccable service in the Commercial Asset Management sector and invests considerable time, energy and passion into each and every property ensuring the maximum return for her clients. Her ability to communicate, exceptional time management skills, and her approachable down to earth nature are highly regarded by tenants and landlords alike.

Throughout her career Stella has managed 2, 000 + Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential properties as well as buildings as a whole. She is highly trusted by her clients and so has also served on numerous Owners Corporation boards as well as taken an advisory role in the development of industry software and in developing a state-wide program for Commercial Property Management education.
