youl be nothing like my friendly surf shack

love the clothing and variety. but it is extremely over priced! my biggest issue is the girls section looks like it had just been through a earthquake, the clothes aren`t organised and different clothing are just placed randomly. staff are nice, please fix girls section!!!!!1

I use to shop here all the time but bought a dodgy belt, wore it 3 times and they wouldn't do anything​ without a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for a belt?
I was polite and explained my situation and staff were rude. Contacted them online to leave feedback and was told staff were correct. What ever happened to customer is always right or benefit of the doubt. It was a $25 belt that they lost a regular customer over 😂

The girls side was so unorganised, I found a nice shirt but then no-one was able to find it it in my size, but then we walked to over to the guys side to find everything organised and could find any size of any piece of clothing you were after,

It's Run by high school leavers. It's got a good range lf products but the staff are on Facebook while youre asking for help a lot

It's obvious they hire staff based on appearance and not freaking competence. Takes so long when you ask for help only to find they can't. Waste of time and also very messy. The only okay feature is that most stuff is cheap.

Not much variety, some items are not even for sale from the website. Sales that are shown are not really as it did not reduce the price. only one person on the counter actually skateboards! and it is just a bloody mess

Cashier at the desk was very rude, a sale item I had chosen was marked down but she charged me full price which was about $20 more, when I complained she said that the sale is over even though everything still had sale tags on it and my cousin got one of her items at the discount price, the girl at the door was very nice though and apologised for the cashiers rudeness but they couldn't fix it up, would probably never shop there again I'll go to penrith instead.

Always seems claustrophobic and you can't fit a pram down most aisles without running in to someone. Pretty good prices if you like surf/skate clothes. My kids seem to love it!

Nice selection, more often not enough staff walking around helping though.
