Very prompt and professional reliable local business. Services are cheaper than most in the Wollongong area and they are available all week. The only downside is the ability to park freely nearby is scarce and you are often having to pay for parking off the Market Street

Unkind, unprofessional and no manner for the customer

Worst laundry I have ever been!! First, the woman that received us was literally not professional, disrespectful. They talked to us badly. I would say that if you do not have the ability to receive correctly your clients, you should change of profession!! By the way, in term of money, no problem for taking our cash!! 18dollars just to wash and dry some clothes. I would not recommend to go there!!

Very clean friendly people

Horrible experience, I came in with my $250 hand woven bed spread that I bought in India. I took it to them being the professionals as I was too scared to wash it myself. The lady was positive to take my bed spread and said she can do it for me just can't qurantee that some colour might run but assured me she would try everything to stop that from happening. I signed the form and left it in their hands. My partner returned to pick it up and yes the colour ran. They were unapologetic and said "yes the lady said the colour would run, we knew which one would and it did". My partner said "why would you take it if you knew it would" and they got so defensive and angry. Worest customer service and no apology just because I signed their form they didn't care my special bed spread is now ruined. Also noticed the stitching came undone aswell.

Way over priced.

The best laundry service in Wollongong. They do an outstanding job.
