Service centre lost my car key, but would not admit it for days even though I already knew they had when one of the technicians on the first day asked me if I left the keys with the car. Service person just mentioned they need more time with the car to look at issues. Finally as one of the service people tell me they'll need my car for yet another day I just flat out ask if they have lost the keys and the reply is "Yes", I ask why didn't they just tell me straight away so I can bring the spare key so they can actually service the vehicle and I'm told that said person was instructed not to tell me the truth about the missing key and just order another from Ford. Although it was annoying I had to just laugh at how ridiculous this was. I wasn't even going to bother with complaining or writing a review but now 5 months later after waiting for a car part to fix the auto engine start/stop mechanism, I've given up on these guys. Instead I'm happily travelling 45 mins away to another Ford service centre that will have the part ready within a week and where the service staff are pretty awesome. I have no doubt the bulk of the service staff at City Ford are decent people, I just think they need a good kick up the ass or better systems put in place.

Just had my Ford serviced again, recently. Service is always friendly and 5 star. Very hospitable team.
They never forget a face, they; meaning Bryan Naidoo. He typed all concerns in the system prior to the service and followed up on any previous issues which were all rectified. Car drives as good as new! Bryan also provides an accurate estimate on the completion time of the service and contacts you immediately when something wrong is found. Bryan and his team go 'above and beyond' to even replacing the dying battery of my car key. Thanks guys for making my car feel new again! Zac

I rang on 2 August 2017 about pricing for a new Mustang GT. The guy (name withheld) told me he also had a demo if I was interested. I said 'yes'. He said he would be back in touch by COB that day with pricing. Two days later, I rang him back. He had not done anything about it. He said he had been really busy but would get back to me. I even left him my email address. Almost the end of the month now and still nothing. Never mind, I'm doing the deal elsewhere. When business walks in the door, you walk away. Huh??? I have to give 1 star or this will not post. Should get 0 stars.

Left several messages/ emailed several times to buy a Mustang, never heard back. If they don't return the calls of someone wanting to buy a $70,000 car then whose calls do they return?
Today I thought I'd give them a second chance as I need the Mustang (bought from a country dealership) serviced- no answer and then a full voice mail box so you can't leave a message.
Looks like these guys hate making money.

I placed an order on a focus rs late February and got the actual car late July. When I placed the order, I had some issue with the general manager and left a 1 star Google review.

Now, I change it into 5 star because when I pick up the car, I felt respect from the sales manager and the sales person. And I promised them to change the review for a excellent customer service.

Overall, the car is amazing and there are some good people in City Ford which I really appreciate.

My husband was interested in the Mustang so we came in. No one said hi or hello (2 girls at the front desk were just talking to each other). We found a Mustang on display, jumped in and played inside for about 10 minutes. Still no one acknowledged us. So my husband decided to ask one of the staff "I'm interested in the Mustang, can I have a drive?". All she said was "There is no Mustang available for test drive at the moment". I think she didn't take us seriously. She didn't even direct us to a salesperson. Her answer was a form of saying "Leave". Very poor customer service! We are very disappointed.

Staff seems to be not busy but won't spend much time with you if you are choosing low value car. No focus and fiesta for test drive and staff is not sure when I can do a test drive so I couldn't make my decision to buy today.
