City Ford‎ Used Cars

Customer service is terrible. I came in from a long drive and expected much better. People took forever to come out to me. And when the manager came out to assess my car, he was very rude, I have never felt so disrespected. Please avoid and go to a better dealership, because this one is a stealership. 0 stars if possible.

Firstly wouldnt even give 1 star to this place....Talked a lot of crap to sell us the car , we were told we didnt have our 3mth 5000km warranty but fair trading said we were entitled to it..
They tried to rip us with our warranty booklet giving us the $1000 coverage when it was supposed to be the $3000..
I got hung up on multiple times day after day trying to sort out stuff with the car "after we bought it" we were told we could use ford down home to get any warranty work done , only to find out we have to drive all the way back up there if we need anything done through the 5000km warranty through them....
They tried ever excuse to get us to use the warranty booklet instead of using the 5000km warranty through them and now 4 weeks later we are still trying to get stuff fixed through them..
This is the worst car yard ive ever bought from by far....
My advice is theres 100s of car yards out there dont make the same mistake i did and believe any of the crap that comes out their mouth..cheers

All Vehicles in great condition! Great customer service here! Staff are very helpful! I most of all appreciate the patience of the staff at this car dealer, went in with my father who has limited ability to speak and understand English and they were very understanding! Highly recommended to all! =)

Bought a used large wagon, better conditions and cheaper price than other dealers.

We picked up a great Ford Focus Trend in perfect condition with low milage. Great value for money and better than competiitve price. The service was excellent and the staff really knew the car and its history. Definitely recommending City Ford Used Cars to my family and friends.
