The quiet room is perfect. And the whole library is clean and comfortable.

Would you host a metal concert at daycare ? No.
Why have a kids area full of screaming infants in a place of focus.... get it together parramatta. Far out!

Black and white prints for a cheap price, a more than decent collection of books and DVDs too .

It's a nice place and staffs are kind. The first floor of library was very well organised!

Don't want to give even 1 star. They spent money for updating their office only not spending money for updating books in multi cultural section. Where has my all taxes gone? I wanted to donate some nice books much recent & clean then what they have now. They accept books not more than 2 years one only. They explained it is very expensive to process to be cataloged which is $25 per book. It looks like I would not expect new books to be updated there in near future. Obviously they spent all our taxes to update their office so. The ladies who explained their systems
are not professionally trained for the customer services at all. Very defensive for nothing.

This library is such a joke!! I was trying to study on the computers and it was actually LOUDER than being in Westfield! There were a bunch of youths behind me who were talking so loudly and FARTING the whole time. The security guard just kept walking past and doing nothing at all about it! Most libraries have "normal people" who Understand and are able to respect rules. This one does not and nothing is done to fix it!

Thanks to the asian lady at the ground floor reception.This happened today 8/4/2017around midday.. I was stranded with my son. Had forgotten my phone home. But thanks to this amazing lady i explained my situation to her and she allowed me to use their phone to call my partner.
Thank you Amazing Lady though i never caught your name! You saved my day. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU!

It's a quiet place but there aren't any good YA books! They sometimes don't even have the full series! Not the best place to find a good book!

Good! Clean neat but little crowded

The staff kicked me out for having a coffee cup. What kind of stupid library is this. O should never have ventured away from Castle hill library
