Have been dealing with William from day one and he is very helpful whenever I drop in. Would love to see more odd balls in the live stock area.

I go there for almost all my stuff awesome range,good prices,active staff and whatever they don't have there's a good chance they can get it for you

Went there to get two goldfish as i was a starter. When i went to the counter there was a asian looking girl sitting down nearby. The guy who took out the fish for me and that girl were laughing at me for buying a pair of goldfish. I heard the girl saying to guy 'people still exists buying these goldfish". Wanted to turn around and slap over her but then went off there. Terrible and disrespectful customer service. Guy hardly wanted to explain anything. Lazy butts sitting around! Never going back again.

very poor service and bad quality fish, spent a lot of money on many fish that I bought following the staff advice, but the fish did not last for more than couple of days! checked the water by the shop and have been told all is good, but still got dead fish on daily basis, and they told me bluntly so bad we can do nothing for you! cheap stuff! rip off..stay away from that shop, and yes totally agree with the guys who mentioned the dead fish in tanks, you can expect some dead but not that much and you see in every visit to the shop!

Terrible (non existent) customer service,lazy staff that don't care. The poor bettas are kept in horrible,dirty conditions. Old out of date stock on the shelves. Just all round a crappy place. Won't be going back.

These guys probably have the biggest range of fish around!! Recommend everyone to come here as the prices are good and the staff know their stuff.

Been a few times with with conflicting advice. Owners very knowledgable. Decent range of saltwater and fish looked healthy.

Eric the 'manager' is actually a flop. Stay away from these know-it-alls. Also they don't even bother to clean up all their dead fish in their tanks even when a customers mentions it to them!

It was worth the 2 hour long drive out to City Pet & Aquarium. The shop setup is great, cleanest aquarium setup IMHO. Tanks were surprisingly clean, fish were well fed and healthy. I could easily spend hours looking at their range. Alex and the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Good range of products and are well priced compared to my LFS. I purchased coral's and discus which were pack really well for a long drive home. Fish and corals are happy in their new home. I highly recommend them.
