Citygate Autos / Citygate Selected Cars

We have had nothing but trouble from the day we brought the car from city gate autos, city gate autos keep on masking the problem and haven't fixed it to date (a year later). No provided receipts of works carried out on the vechile, they keep on wiping the ECU and not fixing the problem especially when the manufacturer of the vechile has told them what the problem is and how to fix it, they now have wiped their hands of it and threatened my husband if he came back in again. They are a disgrace, this matter is now in the hands of the lawyers and courts.

Bought a car here and found that they had done some dodgy repairs to the radiator putting some additive in instead of repairing properly. Needless to say they refused to repair properly and I got stuck with a hefty repair bill!

My young daughter bought a car here a few months ago. Salesman talked her into a completely different car than what she first looked at. Has had nothing but trouble and they have wiped their hands of it. Dodgy!

You drive away to find within 2 weeks the car is not safe and stalls randomly it has elictrical problem tyres are bold and defective the suspension needs replacing the fuel gauge don't read properly the rear toe arm bushes worn front controarms split the right side muffler needs to be replaced blinkers don't work the list goes on u send it in each time for warranty and there happy to fix itonly to find that once u collect it they haven't fixed it and tell you there nothing wrong with the car your being picky and your warranty is up before it actually is???

Bought a problem!!
Went there to try and sort something out reasobably and they wouldn't have a bar of it.
Don't waste your money...go elsewhere!!
