Civil Property Group Pty Ltd (CPG) is a multi-disciplined construction company based in Sydney, privately owned company that commenced operations in 2002, specialising in Commercial and Residential construction. CPG has been providing custom construction and services to a vast range of clients in Sydney predominately with extensive experience in renovations, additions and general construction. CPG provides quality services in residential, commercial and industrial construction, maintenance and civil works. To meet our commitment CPG Management will work towards the elimination of work related injuries and illnesses to safety, and to meet our commitment to the environment we will operate in a manner that conserves natural resources and energy, prevents pollution, and manages waste responsibly, and is committed to creating an integrated management system to meet system requirements and improve our business. CPG is a member of the Master Buider's Association (MBA - Membership no. 1852967) and the Housing Industry of Australia (HIA - Membership no. 909085) and have recently been nominated in the MBA Housing Awards 2013 /2014 for ‘HOUSE ADDITIONS / ALTERATIONS /RENOVATIONS - $1. 25 MILLION-$1 . 5 MILLION for our recently completed project at Paddington, attached from the MBA Magazine. Through our industry association we remain informed of changes to working conditions and awards which affect our workplace, clients and employees. CPG is committed to achieving our quality, safety and environmental objectives. Originally specialising in period restorations and modern transformations of Australian homes, with previous works ranging from $5, 000 to over $3 million, and then making its way into commercial construction currently completing projects for the Department of Defence, and undertaking Office /Commercial Strip /Fitout works with detailed construction and joinery.
