Claire Consulting began as a passion project. Over the years I have been asked to provide advice and to give support to people and organisations who needed clarity and sensible advice on a variety of aspects in the recruitment sphere, including best practice interviews, overcoming unconscious bias in organisations and providing expert reports on legal matters involving discrimination, remuneration and unfair dismissal.
