It should be a no star rating because of the way I was treated I even lodged a complaint with corporate headquarters .Just disgusting how they can treat people and get away with it. Will consider legal action if it continues.

The Shellharbour store has a great range and great prices. The staff friendly and made my shopping experience worth the drive fron Wollongong.

The only reason I have given this service one star is so I could write this review. In our opinion Clarke Rubber Shell Harbour are very unhelpful and unprofessional. None of the advice given or products sold have had any effect on our pool. The company has failed to attend for a pool service and a male staff member has been extremely rude and arrogant on the phone. Go to another service and save yourself a lot of grief. Extremely disappointing and upsetting.

Very poor customer service!!
I wanted to buy foam underlay for my mattress, staff didn't have any product knowledge whatsoever, he pointed to one product and simply said 'this one is better' without giving me any information. Doesn't management teach staff anything about what they sell in store?? I left without purchasing anything. Hopefully the next store will be a lot more helpful and have some product knowledge.

Extremely poor - no customer service at all. 3 customers walked in. We waited 15 minutes while the employee was on the phone and then proceeded to make another phone call before serving the customers. The idea in business is to take the money off the customers. We were recommended to go to this store by another business as we are not locals. 2 customers left the store without buying anything including us. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

Has a good range of products and services for that special job of repairing a worn out seat cushion, to foam rubber cut to size or even an above ground pool and associated.

Superb, good old old-fashioned friendly, expert service.

Went in there to look around and ended up buying a really good mattress at a really good price. The young man that helped us was very knowledgeable about the products they stocked and also very helpful.

I am local upholster ,I recently recieved some foams cut for a client by Clarke Rubber brookvale
Chris and his team did such an excellent job cutting them with such precision, as they were for a large sailing boat with many angle cuts and grading There impeccable work will make a wonderful cover for me.

Exploring gym floor tile options, Chris from Clark Rubber Brookvale was terrific in helping me select the right product. The quantity I needed had to be ordered in and this took only a few days. The product was spotless and delivered on time - reliability that I really appreciated as I had a tight timeline. Since then, I have purchased more of the same product and also other products, from their store or via the phone, and Laven and everyone at the store, have always been very helpful.

Went in to get some edging for my bumper bar after fitting towbar.

The person at the desk was very friendly, helpful, and efficient - he came out and looked for the suitable edging and processed the sale efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Overall, a great shopping experience with no complaints.

The foam here is very high quality and priced very fairly ^^ I sometimes come here to buy foam for costumes that I produce.
Staff is extremely friendly ^_^ They negotiated prices for me because I did not have enough cash on hand and I feel slightly bad haha
I shall definitely post photos in the future.

Great place to buy foam, rubber cut to size. As a cosplayer I love coming here to find stuff to use to create or put a costume together. Heaps of pools and accessories too

Worst Customer service. Over charge with a little bit of foam. 10pcs of foam on ebay is what i get charge for one.

Quick and easy

Not friendly staff, not professional and helpful.
I had purchased an item from other Clark Rubber branch and ask their technical support for installation which is a payable service, but obviously they denied to deliver franchisee's technical supports. Based on my experience, I found Penrith branch, not committed with proper training about their business responsibilities/commitment, absolutely useless and rude.
