Since its inception more than forty years ago by its pioneering founder, Mr Sam Giunta, Classic Ceramics (Importers) has consistently been one of Australia's leading importers of ceramic tiles, natural stone, and a fabricator of custom designed product tailored for individual tastes. During this period, Classic Ceramics has represented some of the most prestigious ceramic houses in Europe, and has also represented a number of manufacturers from Asia, The Middle East, and South America.

Classic Ceramics has major offices and architecturally designed showrooms in Australia's East Coast capitals of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, which display an extensive range of the latest products, continually lifting the benchmark in creativity and design.

Being one of the first companies to introduce and create awareness of the finest Italian tiles in Australia, Classic Ceramics is recognised both in Australia and internationally, as a leader in its field. In fact, Sam Giunta is the only recipient in Australia of the prestigious ASSOPIASTRELLE AWARD presented by the Association of Italian Ceramic Tile Manufacturers of Italy. The award honours the sterling work carried out in the diffusion, awareness and use of Italian tiles in Australia.
