Clear Sky Solar Investments

CSSI is an investment vehicle for investors to fund solar projects on business sites and receive a return of between 6-9% over 10 years (details vary for each project). We use Trusts which have a regulated limit of 20 investors. This has been very successful to date. We are now seeing large scale projects, in the MW size, which may not be suited to the Trust model. We need to set up companies as the vehicle for investors to fund projects and receive dividends on their sharesWe need funding for a full-time employee to setup and manage the companies.
