I visited the clinic recently for a skin consultation with some breakout and pigment concerns (although on the day I was having a good skin day). The lady I was dealing with was lovely but I was so disappointed. She barely looked at my skin or gave me an overview of what she saw and had thoughts on. All she did was sell me products as soon as I went in and was booking me in for therapies, which I said no to! ! I was there for 20mins in total! I left feeling very annoyed and infuriated!

Booked a session online for hyperpigmentation removal and had a phone consultation with a representative off this clinic. The rep informative and warm, discussing post care, pre care and the procedure in detail. As per her instruction I avoided sunlight all day prior to improve maximum efficacy.

Upon arrival to the clinic the receptionist confirmed my appointment as a "consultation only", to which I corrected her and repeated the reps booking of a consultation AND procedure. She then apologised and I waited until my alotted appointment time.

Once my name was called I was informed there had been an error and the appointment was purely for a consultation, with no option for a procedure. I expressed my disdain as I had competed all the necessary prep work, pre care and conformed with the phone rep. The receptionist displayed no concern and simply asked if I would like to book for another day, to which I just said no.

Here are my questions to you;

1) is your booking system visible to all stores? Or are there multiple systems?

2) why was there no confirmation via the participating store and myself as to the treatment in question?

3) why did no one, during the time that I had arrived and checked in, to the time I was called, inform me of this decision?

4) there was no offer of recompense for the time I had essentially now wasted for preparation work.

In summation, your store needs to greatly improve their communication.

I bought myself a pack of 3 acne treatment plus a couple of cosmetic products.
Have to say my skin has improved a lot. I got rid of the acne and still have 2 treatment left.
Not to mention that staff is really professional and helpful.

Love the girls at Clearskincare Clinics, they are professional, great at their job and very friendly.

Heard all the claims, saw all the before and afters photos and have gone through at least two skin treatment packages consisting of 6 treatments each and have had no improvement. In fact my skin was worse off - my face has been covered in tiny hard lumps for months on end after each treatment package. However, I do love their copper peptide product.
