Clinical Electrolysis

Nicolette is great, sure I am paying her to torture me (she is very good but electrolysis is at best uncomfortable especially on sensitive areas), but the results are well worth it.

If you have a low pain threshold I recommend a topical anesthetic, but if you have a reasonable tolerance or only a few unwanted hairs you should be fine.

Personally I've gone from shaving daily/waxing weekly to being totally happy to ignore the odd hair till my next session.

Christine from Clinical Electrolysis is the best. Her warm friendly manner and attention to detail is second to none. After having numerous treatments I now only have a maintenance session every six months or so now.

I had an extensive amount (full day) sessions done here over a number of years. Christine is very experienced and fantastic to chat to. After the pain I endured getting electrolysis at several other places I was very happy to have found Clinical Electrolysis!

I found Christine to be very unprofessional. After leaving a voicemail in advanced to her phone service saying that it would send her an SMS telling her I couldn't make an appointment, she called me and abused me while I was at work as she apparently didn't get my missed call (she has no one in reception which is frustrating when she is always late to your appointments).

I offered to pay for the appointment I made but couldn't cancel as no one would answer the phone, but instead she just yelled at me and told me that no one complained about her phone service before.

The most disgusting thing is that I've spent almost $1k appointments with her and all she could be was abusive.

I hope you find a better process Christine. Maybe hire someone in reception or warn your clients if you're going to be chronically late and keep your attitude out of the professional realm.

I'll take my business elsewhere now and I advice everyone else to do the same.
