Spectacular service!

The team at Close have always given me 110%, from buying my first bike, regular servicing, getting mods and accessories, then once I had progressed from being a total noob to derestricting my bike! The team are always friendly and ready to help out (even when they are busy!) competitive pricing and good product.
Can't recommend them enough.

This place has excellent customer service and they all know what they are doing. Best place to have gotten my service at and I've tried 3 around Sydney. I won't be looking anywhere else from now on! Keep up the good work guys :)

I’m not one for reviews myself but given the lack of customer service I’ve experienced while shopping for a MC in Sydney I thought I’d better give Darrel a glowing review.

Unlike other dealerships I found him to be exceedingly helpful and informative.

Furthermore, when he identified that they didn’t have the bike I was looking for in stock he went online and located options at unaffiliated stores; with no benefit to himself.

Given my experience of other dealers customer service skills Im almost inclined to wait until Close MC get the model I want in so I can purchase it from them.

I left my scooter with Close motorcycles for repairs after a car hit it.
Was told yep we can fix it, I was not going through insurance and was going to pay for it all myself.
After a few weeks and hearing nothing I called to see how the repairs were going. The guy I originally saw was away, but I was told the repairs hadn't started yet, and I would have to pay for the work upfront now, and they wanted me to pay extra for 'storage' of the scooter. I tried to reason with this, but they kept the scooter for payment of the storage costs.

Thank you Close Motorcycles. I was looking for my first bike and did the rounds of the Sydney Dealers and a few private sellers. I found Daryl and his team to provide really balanced advice.I ended up buying new from Close as they did me a deal and had the feeling if I had a problem that would provide great after sales service. Last night my new bike wouldn't start and the oil light was on. I called Close on the off chance someone was working late. Turns out they have an after hours emergency service. Daryl was able to identify on the phone the bike was not out of oil but in fact a user error (the kill switch was off). Thank you Daryl, glad I chose Close.

Today was about the 4th time I have had my scooter serviced/checked at Close Motorcycles and I came away with the same good experience as always. These guys stand out as honest, friendly and reasonably priced (unlike most scooter dealers I have experienced). The staff members are the same as when I first went to them years ago (always a good sign for any business). Communication is first class and they continue to surprise with the extra level of care.
