Club Holiday Resorts

The Federation of Community, Sporting and Worker's Clubs (FCSWC) is a not-for-profit organisation owned by a collective of NSW registered community, sporting and workers clubs, and run by and board made up of elected club directors and managers. First established in the mid-20th Century as a Worker's Club for miners in the Hunter Valley, and after a brief dabble in brewery ownership, the Federation first bought land to establish holiday accommodation for club members and their families in Port Stephens' Fingal Bay in 1955 where they went on to build the 'Fingal Bay Holiday Centre'. In 1975 the "Haven" was established in Sussex Inlet on the NSW South Coast for the southern clubs, and later in 1994 a third resort was opened in Urunga on the Coffs Coast. 2015 saw the three holiday resorts rebranded to Seaside Holiday Resort (Fingal Bay, ) Haven Holiday Resort (Sussex Inlet), and Riverside Holiday Resort (Urunga). In 2022 the brand 'Club Holiday Resorts' was created to better represent what the Federation does; holiday resort accommodation "run by clubs for clubs". Although Club Holiday Resorts are open to the greater public, providing competitive rates on two and three-bedroom self-contained holiday apartments over three incredible locations, members and staff of any of the Federation's affiliated clubs receive a further 20-25% off when they book at any three of our resorts direct.
