Bad customer service, old equipment, broken locker rooms.

Great Crossfit area, spacious weights training section. Staff always seem happy and keen to help. The steam room was the determining factor for me choosing this gym.

Probably the best gym I've been to. Trainers always around and willing to help during business hours, very clean gym, lots of equipment variety, simple convienient locker system, and just really good vibes. Amazing value for money

Massive gym and best value in Wollongong. Men's locker area is a real problem though, many locker doors have been torn off the hinges giving you the feeling of poor security.

One of my favorite places to be! Great staff and a HUGE variety of classes with excellent trainers!
