We specialise in Face Machining, an incredibly intricate process that takes into account every aspect of your wheels’ radius and volume as well as the curvature within their spokes – it requires remarkable attention to detail and an in-depth knowledge of CNC Machinery. It is amongst the most difficult and timely of wheel repair services and CNC Wheels was established specifically to provide that service at a highly professional level, at a very low fee.
CNC Wheels is a completely mobile-oriented business. Simply give us a call and we will pick your wheels up at a time and a location that suits you. From there your wheels will undergo a thorough inspection to reveal even the smallest of imperfections, following which our CNC mechanics will work to fully restore your worn or damaged rims.
Our pricing is fixed, which means that even if your alloys are severely damaged, we charge the same as if they were only slightly scratched.
Our high-spec services are backed by a team of CNC machine experts, all of whom have been trained and qualified to use Computer Numerical Controlled lathes, grinders and mills to a level beyond that of any industry requirements. Simply put, our CNC mechanics are amongst the best that Sydney has to offer and they are coupled with incredibly talented, professional spray specialists to take on any multi-tonal alloys.
CNC Wheels is fully equipped, recognised and trusted to carry out restorative work across all of the biggest brands in alloy wheels, including but not limited to genuine; AMG (Mercedes), Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Corvette, Dodge, Ferrari, Ford, Honda, Hummer, Jaguar, Lamborghini and Porsche alloys as well as a host of premium, after-market brands.
