Coast 175, Ettalong Beach

Six years ago we started an adventure that was all consuming and life changing. Coast 175 was born! Through Coast we have met beautiful customers, worked with an awesome team, been supported by great suppliers, collaborated with local businesses and been given amazing opportunities. Circumstances have forced our hand and it’s time to move on. Thankfully my sister @nicolekeogh is stepping in to take the reins. I am so happy that Coast 175 is staying in our family and she will take over with a fresh eye and loads of energy. Special thanks to my darling husband Brent who supports me 100% all the time. Thanks to my kids, @occhiwalker and @huxleywalker for being patient when I worked 60 hours plus per week while we got Coast off the ground. #sadhappytimes #feelingthelove. We were EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience today and unfortunately will not be coming back. I can forgive a mistake made with my meal being completely wrong last week and was told to come back for a complementary breakfast so we did and was very thankful for this as this place is usually very good but today our experience was honestly very upsetting! My partners breakfast was not even made at all! we waited 30 mins for my breakfast to come out, my partner told me to start eating as he didn't want it to go cold then after another 15 minutes still no breakfast for him. We got up and left and wanted to speak with the manager but the girl at the counter said management was not around and she didn't know where they were and she didn't know or have an answer as to why the breakfast was not even made. We then didn't have any spare time to go and get my partner some breakfast else where and he is now working a 12 hour shift on an empty stomach! NOT HAPPY and will not be coming back unfortunately due to this 2nd consecutive mistake.
