I've tried a few personal training companies around Coogee, but no-one came close to the professionalism, experience & friendly team from Coastal Bodies. Dan & the team are fantastic! My goal was to drop 11cm's from waist in 8 weeks for a holiday! The personal training sessions were fantastic. Always different & catered to my fitness level & conditioning. That's not all... they coached me every week on my nutrition & made me accountable with weekly weigh-ins! I am thrilled with the rapid results & expereince from Dan & the Coastal Bodies team!
