Our monthly study clubs are a great way for our dentists to stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry.
Tonight's lecture our dentists heard from Dr Sven Bohnstedt from Perio66 who spoke about the classifications of periodontics.
This relates to the treatment of the gums as well as other oral conditions affecting the tissues within the mouth.

Tip 5 from Dr Alexis Wiggins: What to do when your child has a loose tooth
Dr Alexis Wiggins recommends, “Do not try to pull a tooth that is not ready to come out, this may just cause unnecessary pain. Allow the child to wiggle the tooth until minimal force is necessary, minimising pain and bleeding."
