What is a muscle therpist?

A muscle therapist is a professsional trained in the prevention and cure of muscular conditions, ranging from mild neck tension to cronic back pain and much more. This is achieved using a combination of Remedial Massage, Dry Needling (Acupuncture), Corrective Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports & Remedial Therapies.

Don't worry, when you come in for a treatment Darren will assess each person individually and recommend an appropriate treatment protocol. Often a combination of teatments is the most effective way to solve a problem.

So whether you're just in need of a nice relaxing massage or you have a painfull condition that you want treated as quickly as possible, Darren can help you.


Most treatments are 1 hour in length but you can also choose to do 40 min or 30 min sessions. Shorter sessions can be more convenient and often more appropriate as a condition improves.


Darren prides himself on treating people quickly and efficiently and working with integrity. Normally 3 sessions are required to achieve a good result, this of course may vary depending on the severity and duration of the condition.
