I had such a pleasant experience with Coastwide Cars at Tuggerah recently that I felt compelled to write this post. Just when I thought that the car sales industry was bereft of all decency and humanism, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and management of Coastwide Cars. I dealt with Todd Langley, whom I can not find anything bad to say about. Todd was informative, honest, upfront, caring, genuine, true to his word, patient, and just a pleasure to deal with. Reasonable, down to earth, and fair are my choice words to describe the staff at Coastwide Cars. I truly believe that these guys went far above and beyond what can reasonably be expected, and I witnessed the same attitude displayed to other customers during my experience. A special mention to Tony (the proprietor), whom displayed the same characteristics and willingness to understand and help as his staff, and it's easy to see where the staff get their great attitude from. I genuinely felt cared about, and not just a dollar sign to a greedy uncaring salesman. As for the car that I bought...I'm absolutely stoked. A quality vehicle and it is everything that Todd described, totally suited to my needs, with no nasty surprises or hidden costs. Even when I look for faults in my experience with Coastwide Cars I come up empty. I've got plenty of bad things to say about all of the other dealerships that I investigated during this time, but in all honesty I simply can not fault Todd, Tony, and the staff at Coastwide Cars. Thankyou so much for your genuineness, honesty, and professionalism...you make the experience of buying a car a pleasure, and I highly recommend Coastwide Cars to anyone.
