first visit...2.5 hour wait after scheduled appointment. Second visit, got asked the day prior if I could move the appointment forward (from 3.40 to 2.40) due to a gap in the Doctor's schedule to which I replied "yes please if this means I don't have to wait like before". So scheduled this and guess what? 1.5 hour wait!! After changing my day for them!!Worst experience ever...they make a medical centre look like a well oiled machine... did not know how to give zero stars...
