Had a great time here on the weekend of September 22 to 24 2017. Great space, comfortably slept 10 people.

Potentially a nice spot, but it needs some serious maintenance work.

The freezers don't work, so that was $50 worth of ice creams wasted. The septic tank is right next to the house and smelled the whole time, so presumably doesn't get serviced very regularly. There were towels but no soap in any of the bathrooms, so that was another trip back out to the shops before we could settle in. There was only 2/3 of a shower screen in one bathroom, so they'll want to get that fixed before the new carpet goes mouldy in that room. There is actually no common bathroom or toilet, only ensuites. We took out one of the kayaks and it almost sank because the hatch seals are faulty and it took so much water into the hull that we could barely drag it back up onto the bank.

They might be working on some of this for the future, but I think they should have warned us in advance rather than charging serious prices for what is at best a work in progress and I suspect more likely just an investment they don't really care about. We're not particularly precious and still had a good time, but I think a house that sleeps 12+ but doesn't have a working freezer is below the bare minimum of acceptable quality.

Pool was great, kitchen was fine, nice outdoor dining area, nice lounge room with a high ceiling, concrete tennis court in good condition, lots of trees and tucked nicely away from the road. Yes, you can kayak directly out to the bay from the property, about a 10 minute paddle, but don't take the green one. 😕

Group of 16 friends stayed here late October. We had a fantastic time using facilities - playing tennis, going kayaking (and even caught some fish) and swimming. The pool was awesome. We didn't start the campfire on the property as it was too hot a day. We cooked the fish and other meats on the BBQ in the pool area and then watched the rugby final on the big screen.
Can certainly recommend this place to others - we had a ball.

Potentially a good place but poorly maintained. Fridge had only one shelf, Coffee machine had not been cleaned and was mouldy. The outside had not been cleaned and was full of dirt, mould and cobwebs. The pool looked like it was indoor but is just covered with mesh. There is pool heating but the owner was adamant it not be turned on and so the pool was not able to be used.
The tennis court was ok but any bit of water and it was like an ice rink due to the slippery mould.
Make sure you have repellant as it backs onto still water and the kids got eaten alive by mosquitoes.
The beds were very comfortable.
Overall poor value for money
