Coco Cubano Charlestown (Permanently Closed)

The food was priced as a lunch special. With that in mind the burrito did not come with any sauce just a fairly dry burrito. Sauces are charged at $1.50 per sauce. You would think to bring people back to the restaurant you would at least make the meal enjoyable.

The manner was of the man who worked behind the bar served us. Felt he was brusque and condescending.

Last 2 experiences have been horrible. Lazy service, over charging and for horrible food. We both ordered a tropical prawn salad and after waiting quite a long time, they came out together, unfortunately 1 was completely missing the mango, very obvious mistake one would think. Did not really matter we couldn't eat it, as chilli flakes seemed to be the main ingredient and rendered it inedible for us. No mention in description about this being spicy or hot. Our second experience was just as disappointing, on both occasions mistakes were made with bill. No more chances for this place. The one star goes to the young waitress who was the only one who seemed interested in customer service.

Love the food and drinks, service can slow down at peak times but it's got such a lovely vibe I rarely care!

A terrific place to experience something fresh and exciting. The menu caters for many tastes......the prices represent good value for money.The atmosphere is bright and fresh.......an open planned eating area and small bar. Breakfast is also an option here. The view from the eating area is great in the daytime. I am now planning to take my family there for my birthday......to try more of the delicious servings offered on the menu and introduce them all to something a little different. .Also easy to get a park at this location.
