Took the kids in for hot chocolate and churros. They loved it, my coffee was just ok

Went for quick lunch on friday around 1PM.. After ordering two simple and easy lunch menu items calamari and chips and haloumi cruz, waited for one hour to get our meals. After prompting waiter few times all they can do was to apologize as they were busy according to them. There was hardly two tables with customers inside and not much outside. and they said they were busy.. really ? Those meals should not have taken more than 10 minutes. Even water got delivered after 15 minutes after prompting waiter again. calamari and chips was cold and when advised to cashier the same again apology.. not impressed at all. Should have gone to somewhere else instead. not going there anymore as i cant imagine getting food in even one and half hour in dinner time.

just popped in for cocktails which were delicious passionfruit and lychee but nachos we ordered honestly gross cold tasteless. mince had abs no flavour and wasnt even minced up properly still big chunks of meat definitely dont waste money on this item

an also the weird thing was the food came b4 drinks!!

Adding a bit of chocolate to the milk to change the colour doesn't mean its "HOT CHOCOLATE" !
Asked the barista to taste the hot chocolate, his response was 'what are you looking for in a hot chocolate?'
Pulled pork was dry as hay....
Only bright spark was the waitress who served us...
