Very displeased with the service and quality of food. Ordered, made adjustments to order, paid extra for doing so as you should , plate comes out as original asked for the things I had swapped to be removed and extras paid for added, then had another staff Member come out to give me the same meal again . Again explained it was missing extras and not had removed what I asked to be removed, with eye rolls my meal went inside to be fixed and another 20 minutes later comes out. Bacon half burnt and half raw, eggs runnier than a tap And sourdough toast harder than any bread I've ever had in my life, I also ordered mushrooms which were not cooked.

The fact that I paid $30 for this breakfast was bad enough, add on the terrible service and this is a hands down no go cafe.

Not a pleasant experience from the first time. Having been to the cental mall branch and loving it decided to try this one next to school. Ordered sweet potato chips for takeaway and openrd the box there was barely half the chips they served while dining in. Okay might be a mistake.. ordered "avo toast on sour bread topped with cherry tomatoes" for take away amother time. Waited for 20 minutes in a not so busy time to get a barely toasted bread with no tomatoes on it.. very unfriendly staffs and no value for the customer. Will definitely not recommend this branch to anybody.

Not a pleasant experience for my first time tonight.

Ordered cheese toasties and the bread was barely toasted. The cheese was nice but the bread was barely toasted. I ordered a chocolate milkshake .. and received a vanilla one. Overall, the cheese toasties didnt taste that great and im not a fan of vanilla.

Maybe next time ?

Love this place. The original Coco Cubano & still the best. I miss living close by as my local weekend morning coffee chill or evening drinks.

Good street view from the place. Cannot say it is Cuba style, but the interior decoration is nice. Service is a bit slow but still amicable. Chorizo wrap is my all time favourite.

Came here for lunch. The place is only half full, and among those half have already been served. Ordered a classic beef burger, took half an hour for it to arrive. You can tell its frozen patty and it's only cooked at warm temperature. Quality of the buns and beef patty is bad. It's like one of those cheap frozen burger you bought from supermarket and just heat up in microwave. I was expecting this Coco cubano to be at similar standard as the one in Central Park, instead very much the opposite. The cost of the burger was $12.50, it's not expensive, but I will never revisit the place.

Came here for breakfast - a chorizo wrap, a couple of eggs on toast, a veg breakfast and 2 coffees.

Despite there only being 3 tables of patrons (a very quiet day) , our first coffee took over 20 minutes to arrive, our first meal didn't arrive for half an hour, and the chorizo wrap took about 40 mins without even an explanation or apology. Not worth the wait.

We came here for drinks while we waited for a nearby restaurant to open. My partner had a beer and I ordered a white wine. Great drinks! We sat outside and people watched until we finished our drinks. The service was helpful and friendly.

Chic Australian meets Cuban verandah style lounging for coffee or more serious food. Maybe it is themed a bit to harshly, a bit of weathering would add rustic charm. But in the end on a mild spring afternoon on Oxford St it provides something relaxing and different.
