Cocofiji Wild harvested cold pressed coconut oil is hand crafted. The process is slow however extremely fresh. After the coconut meat is grated, it is then pressed within 1 hour of cracking the shell.
It is a fresh pressed coconut oil, and not made by drying copra first, for an extended period of days, weeks or months.
