At CoCoWild, we have spent a lot of time tasting coconut water and we came to the realisation that what was on the market was not the best. After an extensive search it was discovered that coconuts from the Philippines were the best quality drinking coconuts, as well as having the best coconut water for CoCoWild’s business plan and strategy

Today, purchasing coconut water means buying ultra heat-treated products that has gone through heat pasteurisation, this has to change.

Why source the best ingredients if the processing essentially boils away any fresh taste no matter how short the heating process?

A majority of coconut water processors either add refined sugar, Sodium Metabisulfite (Preservative 223 or E223) and /or ascorbic acid to their product in order to sweeten the water in an attempt to enhance the flavour as well as to act as further inorganic preserving agents.

Instead of following the norm, we decided that the only path was to supply a product that went straight from the coconut to the bottle and then used High Pressure Processing (HPP) to obtain a longer refrigerated shelf life while delivering the flavour and aroma of raw coconut water.

We are proud to supply Australia with a 100% RAW coconut water that has no additives, no preservatives, has never been heated, nothing but coconut water straight from the coconut to the bottle, that's it!
