Coffee Alchemy

I regret coming to this place. Now, I am addicted to their coffee. The best coffee that I had ever tasted!

I've had their coffee twice as of yesterday. Smooth yet seems over roasted and lacking in fruit. Reminds me of Campos and Double Roasters. Smooth and nothing else. For good coffee try Toby's Estate, The Coffee Roasters or the Melbourne masterminds Allpress. These coffees have more. More sweetness, freshness, fruit and complexity. Overrated nonsense.

Really tasty Cappuccino. The blend was just a bit weak for my tastes but definitely one of the better cafe's out there.

Delicious coffee. No food but this place is all about the brew. And they do it superbly. Perhaps not quite as hot as I normally like it but certainly not luke warm. Decor is simple, industrial, stripped back. The hum of the roasting machines next door is soothing rather than distracting. All-in-all I'd return in a heartbeat.

Easily the best coffee in Sydney; I've drank espresso and filter coffee from almost every highly rated establishment in Sydney, none keep me coming back quite like CA does.

Coffee is ok. Can't say it's the best. I went for a second one ... still not impressive.
Place is cozy and food if you need a quite place to get some work done on your laptop. But you soon get over their coffee. Also the fact that there isn't any food whatsoever served there.

Never go wrong with the coffee here. I love their latte and the atmosphere here. Recently extended their store located in CBD.

Seriously good coffee in the Inner West, which is already a place that is fairly serious about coffee. They supply Gumption in the CBD, but this is the mother lode.

Some call it the best coffee in Sydney. I'll leave that to you. But if you are venturing here and not a local - do yourself a favour and take the time to sit down and enjoy their coffee in a glass/cup and not takeaway. Then come back and post a 5 star review ;-)

Best tasting coffee around Enmore park! Coffee won't be too hot unless you ask for it. Don't recommend getting it extra hot because it taste better normal.
