The business was established with a purpose to leverage our 144 years of combined experience across property, debt, equity, and investment management to build a purposeful fund for borrowers and investors alike. In our opinion the key to a successful fund is a fund that provides the correct products for investors to ascertain the highest yield possible, whilst achieving minimal risk or downside through a thorough diligent credit process that is adjusted with core market conditions. However, this core investor goal needs to be complimented with the development of a suite of products that remain competitive and flexible for borrowers, providing them with funding confidence in a constricted debt market. Our goal is to support and develop both sides of the equation. Non-bank financiers like COI Capital Management have been experiencing strong levels of enquiry from borrowers. The ultimate goal for a borrower is to increase their return-on-equity through their property portfolio, which synergizes with an investors core goal being to increase their Return on Capital investment.
