I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism I encountered at Col Crawford BMW with the recent purchase of my BMW M3. My contact was with Elliott Shoebridge who was very professional at all times and I didn't feel like I was being oversold or lied to which can be the case when purchasing a car. Whenever something wasn't clear, Elliot sort the knowledge of others and reported back to me promptly. Overall very pleasant experience and I would recommend purchasing a car through Elliot and Col Crawford BMW.

My 4th BMW was bought just recently from Col Crawford and on a full circle deal so this means that I swapped over the previous one which is only 22 months old and got a brand new one which is costing me less money per month to finance.
The team are great at Col Crawford and I would like to thank Dave Burns in sales who initiated this deal for me and found lovely car that will suit me, and Paul Kendall for doing my BMW finance. The service team- Dave Wright and John Hayes are superb.
This is a family owned company and the staff seem to have very low turnover and sales and service are excellent. Highly recommend the full circle BMW deal to my friends if they do low km in their cars.

We had a pleasant overall experience while shopping for our first BMW X3 2017 demo. Admired the professional yet customer centric approach from David Burns who lightened the mood at difficult decision times with his "funny" jokes and kept my 6 yo happy too. Although we had to settle for a different (and better) car, we did end up buying it on our very first visit, as we liked the way we were treated by everyone we met from the receptionist to the manager. Thanks David, keep up the good work/humor combo.

I am from WA and have never experienced such a smooth, professional and pleasurable transition, including taking delivery of the car at the dealership over the weekend. I only had a small opportunity to take delivery of the car being from WA. The whole experience including arranging the BMW finance was so easy, and the car was exactly as it was described to me......... in "perfect" condition! The 535d is now on a train travelling back to WA in a sea container! I strongly recommend this dealership for the purchase of your next new and/or used car!

The Ultimate BMW Experience. Thanks to my good mate Nick Hayes and the team at Col Crawford BMW for a great customer experience. Years ago I was a housemate with Nick and I think seeing him in and out of beautiful product left a mark on me and it was time for me to transition myself and our family into a new BMW Touring. The cars technology and sportiness is what appeals to me most and after a long day at the office driving home couldn’t be more pleasurable. Thanks Nick for a fantastic experience , I love my new car and couldn’t be happier with the way we were looked after.

My wife and I bought a beautiful used 640i, in as new condition, from Col Crawford about a week ago. We live on the northern tablelands of NSW and travelled about seven hundred kilometers to make the purchase.

All the preliminary negotiations were done by phone with Dennis Van Damme. We were not able to view the car (except on the net) prior to collecting it but it was everything and more, that we'd hoped for.

The service from Dennis and the team has been terrific. If you're looking for a BMW, or another make of vehicle, these are the folks to see.

Wonderful staff and hospitality, i went with my 2 year old kid to be very well taken care by the staff (Lisa) whilst Eugene helped me with logistics. Ended up buying a new car I love.

Murry Catlin-Struthers was great as a sales person, really helpful and knew the product well., he was so helpful and understanding to all our needs.

The Team there went above and beyond to make sure our needs where made both before, during and after the sale. They had our personalized plates fitted and the M-Sport Steering Wheel fitted before we collected the car which was great.

The Team was very welcoming when I had to bring the car back in as I had a puncture in one of my tires and made sure I was looked after.

Their Finance Team was great and made sure things happen really quickly.

I really cant wait to buy my next BMW from this team.

I would like to thank Danielle for a great experience when i purchased my last vehicle, i have had quite a lot of BMW's over the years and when you receive top quality service from staff like Danielle it makes it all worth while to come back and purchase again and again which I have done a few times over the last 12 months!

This is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with and they made the process of buying a car enjoyable and delightful.
The salesman who helped me was Aidan, and although I was buying a modest 2nd hand car the service was the best I have ever received. The attention to detail and follow up was exceptional. He was a salesman who wanted to help me find the right car - it was a pleasant and welcome surprise!
Based on that good experience, I thought I would also try the service department and I am glad I did. I have been looked after very well by David and they are so courteous and professional my wife is even happy to drop the car off in the knowledge that we will be looked after.
I doubt it is possible to go to a better car dealership in Sydney.
